The Bhagavad Gita answers the question ‘what is yoga’ and explains it in a practical & meaningful way accessible to modern yoga students.
The Upanishads are a collection of texts drawn from the vedas from which all Indian philosophy arises and form the foundation for the philosophy of yoga.
The Adityahrdayam is a text that Guruji published as part of his book on Suryanamaskara. This was a very important text for Guruji and can be chanted by anybody who is willing to learn it.
